On May 1, 1895 the Wisconsin Club held its opening night party in the mansion that had originally been the home of the legendary Alexander Mitchell and his family. The charm and beauty of the mansion’s illustrious past have been blended with rich renovations to create a warm and welcoming ambience that can be felt in every room, on every floor, inside and out.
Today the City Club boasts a beautiful, relaxing dining room, decorated in warm colors; an upbeat, casual sports bar and grille featuring the original Milwaukee Cream City brick; a Veranda for outdoor dining or the perfect setting for drinks with friends; an elegant Grand Ballroom; and a variety of comfortable and accommodating private rooms.
We are always considering ways to enhance your private club experience while continuing to provide an exceptional value.
In 2009 with that goal in mind we added a prominent and distinguished Country Club to create a truly unique private club opportunity. By early 2010 we will have renovated the Country Club’s entire first floor including the ballroom, three private dining rooms, reception area and bar. Other amenities include one of the finest par 72 championship golf courses in the area; an oversized, heated swimming pool and Poolside Café; tennis courts; and a well-equipped fitness center. |

We host a number of traditional and unique business networking opportunities. From September through May, our casual and fun “Meet Me After Work” at our City Club sports bar, Alexander’s, is a great way to mix a lot of fun with a little business. Our yearly Business Bash & Expo held in the Grand Ballroom allows you to display your company products and/or services and see what other members have to offer you. You can also share your professional capabilities with fellow members 24/7, 365 days a year by participating in our Online Business Guide. Included are links to your website and email, as well as a feature company listing in one of our monthly Schedule of Events.

$2,184 annual dues, billed at $182 per month, plus $1,416 for a total of $3,600.
Includes the benefits of a Regular Club Membership plus full use of all Country Club amenities including the pool, tennis courts, fitness center, dining rooms and 3 rounds of golf.
